  • Items in New Condition: Refunds are available for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Custom Orders: Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are not eligible for refunds unless there is a defect or error on our part.

2. Refund Request Period:

  • Standard Products: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a resolution.

3. How to Request a Refund:

  • Contact Us: Send us your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable.
  • Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item if necessary.

4. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
